Educational Qualification: Bachelor"s / Master"s Degree in Safety /Fire /Chemical /Mechanical Engineering / Diploma
Experience: 6+ Years

Review of ITB (Invitation To Bid) documents received at proposal stage, issue inquiry requisitions, review techno commercial
vendor offers prepare material and man-hour estimates
S Assist Lead Engineer in Establishing Contract Review Criteria, Preparation of Technical Document Register (TDR)
& Engineering Schedule and Identification of Requirements & Scope of Work
S Prepare Manpower schedules and assist Manager/Dy. Manager - HSE Design on manpower requirements
S Assign Engineers in accordance to areas of specialization & ensure actual man-hours are within budget
S Participate in Project Safety Reviews i.e. HAZID/ENVID, HAZOP, SIL, PHSER, etc. as applicable
S Review & update HAZOP/HAZID/QRA/Consequence Analysis/FERA/EERA/Flare Radiation Analysis/Noise Studies
and Other Risk Assessment Reports & Recommendations
S Prepare/Review HSE Designs Philosophy, Fire Prevention & Protection Design/Calculations, Fire & Gas Design,
Hazardous Area Classification Drawings and Passive Fire Protection Documents & Drawings
S Provide safety inputs in the Preparation & Evaluation of Plot Plans
S Review & identify the Fire Zones according to the ESD/Blow down Philosophy in consultation with Manager / Dy.
Manager.
S Review Inquiry Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations and ensure procurement according to project specifications
S Participate in clients and vendor meetings along with Lead
S Interact with Quality Assurance for quality issues, strictly ensure compliance with Company"s ISO Quality
procedures
S Coordinate Internal and Client audit requests, facilitate audit procedures of engineering systems within the
department
S Participate internal staff meetings & update progress of project in accordance to schedule, man-hours and budget
S Coordinate with Projects & Planning Departments on schedule related issues. Update TDR progress reports.
S Interface and provide clarification, guidance & technical support to other disciplines
