Job Description
Responsibilities:-
 Lead the Process Engineering team to design technically sound and cost effective solutions for Offshore Oil & Gas application
 Guide Sales and Project team in Technical matters during bidding and execution phase
 Maintain close contacts with Design, Project and Sales team, external contacts with Clients, Classification Agencies and external consultants
 Participate in FEED activities and development of conceptual design of Packages & Solutions such as
 Seawater Treatment & Injection systems 
 Gas Compressor Packages
 LNG Compression & Liquefaction Systems.
 Fuel Gas Conditioning Packages.
 Produced Water treatment systems.
 Preparation of P&ID's PFD's based on FEED inputs and Client's specifications.
 Sizing of Equipments & Piping systems.
 Process Simulation using HYSYS, Pressure drop calculation
 Establishing Critical Instrument Set points.
 Selection of Piping & Equipment's materials.
 Selection of Pumps & Heat Exchangers.
 Preparation of Process Line List.
 Attending HAZOP Studies.
 Preparation of Mass and Heat Balance for process packages.
 Attending Bid Clarification & Project Kick-off meetings.

Requirements:
 Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
 Min.15 years' experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Chemical Fields.
 Knowledge of Process simulation software such as HYSYS is a must.
 Exposure to Offshore & FPSO related systems is advantageous. 
 Independent, strong oral & written communication skills in English. 
 Able to lead & Guide a Team of Process Engineers, Designers and Drafters in a multi culture environment.
