We have a job opening in Gurgaon for one of our reputed Oil&Gas client for the position of Senior Subcontracting Engineer.

Required Qualifications & Competencies:
12 +Years in subcontracting/ procurement in EPC environment for Oil & Gas,
Refinery, Petrochemical, chemical, LNG Terminals, Ammonia plant projects.
B.E/B.Tech– Engineering from Reputed institutes with Good academic records
Key responsibilities:
I. Sourcing of vendors/ subcontractors
II. Surveying vendors/ Subcontractors
III. Prepare the subcontract documents for various disciplines eg. Piping,
civil, mechanical, E&I etc.
IV. Proficient in review of contract conditions
V. Float RFQ's and Getting quotations
VI. Commercial evaluation
VII. Negotiations about commercial conditions including prices
VIII. Expediting, Progress monitoring, follow up with vendors to comply with
the contract
IX. Certifying subcontractor invoices and Payments
X. Negotiations for additional orders and an extension of time
XI. Amendments of contract documents if necessary
XII. Manage all commercial correspondence and contractual notices issued
in accordance with contract conditions and commercial procedures.
XIII. Commercially administrating the contract including: invoicing, payments
instructions, variations and changes, quantity variations, extension of
time, force majeure, bonds and guarantees, termination, progress
monitoring , confidentially agreement etc.
