We are currently looking out for Safety Risk Assessment / Quantification Engineer on Contractual roll (on Hourly basis). The details are as stated below.
In this respect we are looking for Technical Safety Engineer profile (of 12 to 15 yrs) with experience in particular to the following capability in :
- Handling, Leading & Participation of Risk Assessment workshop (Inherent Safety , HAZID & ENVID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL)
- Bow-Tie Analysis, Safety Critical Elements & Performance Standards
- Consequence Modeling, FEA, QRA
- HSE Plan, Philosophy, Specification
The candidate MUST have :
- Hands on experience in dispersion models (Using DNV PHAST, BP CIRRUS) to estimate consequences of accidental releases in support of Design Hazard Management Plan (DHMP)
- Experienced in various process safety review tools like HAZID/ENVID, ISD Review, HAZOP, ALARP, CEI, FEI, FTA, LOPA and SIL.
- Scope preparation, coordination and evaluation of 3rd party QRA consultants.
- Experience in identification and documentation of HSE critical elements and development of Performance Standards.
- Should have worked as a HSECE focal point or as an Independent Verification Body for 3rd party consultant
