Position - Sr. Manager- Exports
JD:
- Work closely with the importer and agents alternative channel such as brokers, etc., to develop the International markets;
- Responsible to achieve the business plan / targets in terms of volume growth, product mix, market share, cost effectiveness;
- Maintain key data on the market and analyses the same to have meaningful understanding of the market;
- Demand forecasting, Planning & Budgeting;
- Competition monitoring & analysis – Pricing, Market share, Product Information, Network Coverage, Sales Strategies;
- Prepare action plans to promote the business in the most cost effective manner with a ROI perspective
- Work out plans for launch of new products in the region;
- Open up new markets in surrounding countries as desired;
- Distributor network management & expansion;
- Training & development of team an dealer sales staff;
- Effective Cost Management;
- Commercials and documentation for all International operations;
- Planning for adequate stocks at importers location;
- Responsible for shipments and bank interactions.
