Hydrogen are working with a leading Engineering Contractor within the Transmission & Distribution sector.
The company works with network operators, providing technical engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for delivering HV Substation & Cable projects across the Transmission network in Scotland.
Responsibilities:
* Organise and supervise contractors, plan and chair stakeholder meetings
* Complete site quality, safety and environmental inspections.
* Manage projects to meet commercial conditions of contract including minimising delays and claims for variations
* Deal with and resolve disputes whether they are technical, financial or other
* Work with high degree of autonomy and in a team consisting of Design, Commercial, Civil, Electrical, QSHE
Key requirements
* Experience of Substation / Cable projects (132kv / 275kv / 400kv)
* Prior Site / Project Management of Scottish Power Network projects would be highly advantageous
* Valid UK driving license
