We are looking for IT Manager - MS Dynamics.
Job Location: Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project Planning, Task Assignment, Tracking, Monitoring.
2. Status Reporting, Handle Issues & Risks
3. Good understanding of functional modules in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / AX.
4. Candidate should be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, Specifications, Costs and timelines.
5. Candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industrys best practice process.
6. Plan, Organize, Control and evaluate IT and Electronic data operations.
7. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
8. Hands on technical implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM /AX.
9. Configure the application to meet a clients requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM / AX Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK.
10. Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code.
11. Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as Custom Code.
12. Create the Technical Specifications.
13. Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM / AX applications and other applications, such as back office / ERP Applications.
14. Train Client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM /AX (Functional user training and technical training)
15. Develop data Conversion and testing strategies.
16. Develop High level project work plans.
17. Lead technical discussions with clients.
18. Provide technical support to existing CRM / AX clients.
Work Experience : Minimum 8 to 12 Years of work experience.
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
IT Skill: Certification of MS - Dynamics
