Having Auditing and Training Experience
should have worked in Automotive Industry with OEMs and suppliers.
Responsibilities: -
Impart Training on, Lean Manufacturing, QMS ISO 9001:2008, Six Sigma as per the assignment in India for 2 Weeks and Bangladesh 2 weeks.
Implementation of 5S, Six sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TS Core tools
Preparation of Contents on New and Industry needed topic: Inventory management, PPC, Supply Chain management, Material handling.
To get certified in other standards (QMS, TS 16949, VDA) and impart training.
Auditing and providing consultation for implementation of lean or six sigma.
Implementation includes 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Seven QC Tools.
Ability to lead the team from plants in multiple locations to achieve operational excellence.
