Accounts Manager for Dubai

We have an urgent job requirement with Leading Company based at Dubai for Accounts Manager Role, Please findthe job description below.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Must be a university graduate, preferably with business/accounting/finance degree.
6-7 years' relevant experience, experience in the retail industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Ability to create and generate spreadsheets and reports and provide meaningful commentaries is essential.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial team members.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
Experience in using of systems. 
Strong English communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

The Accounts Manager ensures highest standards of accounting procedures are followed in the department, submits the required MIS reports to the senior management, supervises and finalizes the accounts job up to finalization. Ensure that the company achieves the maximum profitability with minimum expenses.
Check, control and monitor all accounting activities of all the Companies
Preparation of monthly closing entries, P&L and Balance Sheet
Supervise and audit the activities of the Accounting Team 
Preparation of monthly and yearly accounts and finalization of statutory audit
Verification of entries entered and passed
Liason with the banks and principle suppliers
Cash flow/Treasury management, MIS, Budgeting and other accounting related activities 
Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information and accurate processing of all payments
Obtain and maintain financial reporting structure and proper accounting policies and procedures
Assist the Finance Manager in the daily tasks.
