Shop Manager for REDTAG in Multiple GCC Locations

To deliver and manage all commercial and operational aspects of the business in the store through effective team management and achieve sales as per plan for the store.

  • Ensure store adheres to all corporate guidelines and framework, standard operating procedures, and directive on sales, service, cost, standards and people.
  • Cascade store targets to the departments and drive team to meet these targets.
  • Enhance sales through identification and analysis of practices and initiatives being implemented by the competitor's stores and update regional/area managers on the same.
  • Enhance sales through identification and analysis of trends as per footfall, conversion rates/ratio, bill value (ATV), individual SKU sales, category etc. for the store.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets which have been set for the store.
  • Implement "On brand" marketing guidelines of Concepts in the store timely and accurately.
  • Ensure accurate and timely implementation of seasonal Lookbook /promotional Lookbook /windows guidelines /styling guidelines /decor, and POS guidelines at the store.
  • Ensure optimal inventory management at the store by conducting periodic merchandise availability audits and giving feedback to line manager in this regard.
  • Ensure minimization of shrinkage levels at the store as per target.
  • Ensure a robust cash control in store through the implementation of the SOP for cash /safe management and till management strategy in the store.
  • Manage staff scheduling to optimize resource allocation and to ensure adequate staff availability on the floor at all times.
  • Manage employee ROTA & store leave calendar to ensure optimal staffing and cover at the store.
  • Drive engagement in employees through effective implementation of and recognition programs in the store as corporate guidelines.

Candidate should be open to relocate to any GCC Country offered by the Employer as per business requirements.

  • Value Fashion Retail experience a must. Candidates with other than Fashion retail experience not considered.
  • Young, smart candidates with good communications in spoken and written English.
  • Should be a Graduate from a recognized University. Any course in Retail Management would be an added advantage.
  • Retail experience of minimum 5-6 years
  • Should have handled a small / medium format store
  • Preferable Gulf experience and in fashion retail
  • Strong analytical skills and influencing skills
  • Capable of managing a team of professionals in a fast paced environment
  • Out of the box thinking approach
  • Knowledge of Arabic language would be an added advantage
  • Passionate about retail
