Lead Instrument Engineer
BE Instrumentation with atleast 12 years related experience in planning of multi- discipline construction work. Should have knowledge of P6. GCC experience and have worked in PDO or Shell Company.
Proposal Manager
Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Graduate with 15 - 20 years experience in multi discipline Power and Oil and Gas EPC and Construction Projects Estimation and proposal preparation
· Minimum 3 years experience in Gulf countries
· Functional Knowledge of Engineering, procurement and construction activities and coordination for required information.
· Through knowledge of Multi discipline planning and scheduling, construction practices and productivity norms
· Independently define, schedule, and manage the proposal process
· Ability to understand and analyze the details of RFP
· Able to deal with complex issues comfortably and manage deadlines
· Energetic about challenges, self-motivated and able to focus on long term objectives and push for results
· Ability to communicate all issues and solutions clearly and concisely
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a clear and concise drafting style
Responsibilities:
· Secure new business based on production of quality estimates and supporting analysis
· Ensure efficient development of estimates and prices in alignment with operating and supporting departments
· Allocate proposals to suitably qualified and experienced proposal estimators in a timely manner to ensure efficient proposal production and review
· Maintain pricing records for key and repeat clients
· Ensure the services element of contract estimates is developed to meet future company needs in terms of later stages of project execution
· Ensure estimates are developed and issued in accordance with Policies and Procedures
· Implement department initiatives to improve overall performance
· Manage overall estimate development in compliance with procedures, undertaking audits as necessary, with full independent arithmetic check of all estimates
· Undertake proposal and estimate reviews and attend/lead contract negotiations as set out in Procedures and as delegated by the Management.
Qualification – B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience - Minimum 15 years experience with 10 years experience in engineering management and control and should have completed minimum of two end to end major EPC Projects of Power Projects, Oil & Gas, with EPC Companies or Consultancy Organizations.
Responsibilities –
Selection of Engineering Consultants, finalization of scope of work, engineering documents schedule and their progress measuring system.
Co-ordination with External Design Consultants, In- house design team for multidiscipline quality engineering documents as per agreed engineering schedule and contract specifications.Multidiscipline engineering interface coordination between Design consultant, client, in- house design team and Vendors etc.
Submission of Engineering Documents to Client & Client's Consultant ( PMC ) and resolving the client comments with Engineering consultant and obtaining the approval of the same.
Provide technical support Site support for construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning

Planning Engineer
BE (CIVIL) with around 08-10 years of planning and scheduling experience in Oil & Gas/Power construction companies of which atleast 2-4 years in GCC. He will be based in Project Site on single status.
BE (MECH.) with around 8-10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Power construction companies of which atleast 2-4 years in GCC. He will be based in Project Site on single status.
Electrical Engineer
BE Electrical with around 12 years of experience in the construction of Oil & Gas project with in-depth knowledge of ubstation, of which at least 3- 5 years in GCC. Candidates with PDO experience preferred.
Estimation Engineer - Civil
BE (CIVIL) with around 07-08 experience in Estimation and costing of EPC/ LSTK construction Projects in Oil & Gas & Power projects of which atleast 2-3 years in GCC. He will be based in Head Office on Family status.
Estimation Manager - Mechanical
BE (MECH) with around 12-15 experience in Estimation and costing of EPC/ LSTK construction Projects in Oil & Gas & Power projects of which atleast 3-5 years in GCC. He will be based in Head Office on Family status.
Monthly remuneration plus all other perquisites, including company-maintained Car, Insurance Coverage for self and Family, Air tickets for self and family etc.
Project Manager
BE Mechanical with 20 years' experience of experience in Oil & Gas sector. He should have worked in the same capacity for atleast 03 years and should also possess GCC experience of atleast 05 years. PDO experience is preferred.
Mechanical Design Engineer
BE (Mechanical) with 12-15 years' experience in design and engineering of combined cycle power project main plant equipment GTG (GE Make) , HRSG and STG from engineering consultancy or Engineering department of EPC companies for other power projects.
