Qualification: - B.E./Tech – Mechanical
Project – Fertilizer Plant
Position: AGM/DGM – Erection & Commissioning
Qualification: BE/B. Tech- Electrical
Key Responsibilities:
1. Erection & Commissioning of Ammonia and Urea plant equipment, vessel, exchanger, pump, column
2. Erection of Structure, Column, Beam, Bracing and supported structure, Pipe Rack, Equipment Structure, Pipe Support.
3. Erection of A/G Piping, Rack piping, equipment connection,
4. Stage wise inspection as per QAP during the time of installation and commissioning
5. QA/QC work with competency in ASNT Level II
6. Technical Coordination with client, contractor and design office.
7. Project Management, project scheduling and monitoring progress.
8. Ensuring safety as per standard procedures
Key Skills Required:
1. Erection of heavy equipments like Vessel, exchanger, pump column, Piping, etc. Should have core knowledge of Fertilizer plant. Should have knowledge of QA/QC.
2. Must have good communication capabilities and presentation skills
3. Must have comprehensive planning, organizing, negotiating, analytical and decision making skills.
4. Must have demonstrable capabilities of cross functional competence in the field of basic engineering, project management, construction activities, labour laws, safety and contracts management.
