ENGINEERING MANAGERS (T & D)
Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 16 years of Experience out of which minimum 5 years in management role. Design & Engineering experience and knowledge of various discipline interfaces. Management, Administration, Sales & Marketing. Project Planning, Monitoring & Control. Working knowledge of Engineering software.
ENGINEERING DESIGN MANAGERS (POWER PLANT)
Minimum 15 year Engineering Consultancy Experience in combined cycle power plant or thermal power plant from concept to commissioning, including feasibility studies, basic studies, tender related activities, basic and detailed engineering of the complete power plant. Should have as his core experience at least 10 years of power plant consultancy experience in detailed engineering. Should be familiar with systems and components of large combined cycle power plants of range varying from 100MW and above. Familiar with Gas/Oil type fuel handling systems for large CCPP. Experience in managing/ leading a team of at least 15 engineers and draftsmen. Experience of leading complete project team of Civil, Mechanical, electrical and Instrumentation and control team for a power plant of minimum capacity 100MW in a single unit. Experience in complete systems of Main Plant (BTG) and Balance of Plant (BOP) of power plant. Experience of handling all power plant related activities with the help of respective discipline teams. Experience in Power Plants system design, Basic Engineering, sizing calculations, Tendering, Review Engineering, Detail Engineering, Preparation project Feasibility Report/ Detailed Project Report, Technical Specification and Bid Evaluation.
