Responsibilities :
Education
B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical) from reputed institution.
b. Has to ensure smooth interface and work very closely in task force environment with all the related engineering & construction disciplines. For global work share execution, many a times few of these disciplines could be in other design offices of world wide.
c. Is required to prepare all the project specific work instructions to maintain the uniformity in design concepts and establish internal communication methodology within the team. Team size could be between 10 to 50 members comprising of designers and engineers.
d. Training to Lead Engineers / Area Engineers on various piping concept
e Manhour estimation & developmental initiative to groom the department
f Recruiting and appraising employees
g Interface management
h He/She has to understand, analyze and negotiate the additional client requirement coming out during such meetings and make suitable action plan in consultation with project management.
More than 13 years of experience in Piping design field for chemical plants (with min. 2 projects
as a lead engineer) Prefer who has already worked as Dy. HOD
