We are hiring Mechanical engineer for a big Oil & Gas company in SAUDI ARABIA...!!!

Minimum Qualifications:

a) ITC: ERW, MC, ST with 11 years operation experience with Distribution Operation Departments as a Supervisor Operator, Shift Coordinator, Shift Supervisor, or Foreman.

b) Ability to write reports and make oral presentation in English.

c) Proven ability to respond to a variety of work situations.

d) Must have good vision (20/20 normal or corrected) and be in good physical condition.


Service decription:

1. Performs audit site visits to all Bulk Plants and Air Fueling Facilities to ensure that Operations.

2. Comply with all Distribution Operation Manuals (DOM) Policies and Procedures related to refined fuels measurement and/or quality.

3. Generates site visits reports highlighting DOM non-compliance findings, severity of observations, repeated items and identify practices require new or modified policies or procedures.

4. Assists in drafting the Operation Compliance Review (OCR) yearly plan

5. Performs/assists in generating the plan for each visit

6. Performs/assists in preparing the traveling documents and plant access.

7. Participates in the discussion of OCR findings for each plant visited with QA&LC Unit Supervisor and/or P&TD General Supervisor as needed.

8. Updates DOM's changes under OCR website

9. Assists in the production of educational media/training materials to demonstrate DOM procedures to Bulk Plant Operators

10. Participates in third party technical inspections
