Candidates should have Bachelor Degree in Engineering, working in reputed Consultancy / Design Engineering / EPC Organization engaged in Oil, Gas & Petrochemical industries. Candidates should be familiar with the industry norms, International Codes and Standards specific to the field of working.
Piping Stress Engineer
Job Description / Responsibilities
The incumbents are required to carry out stress related activities of piping for onshore refinery, petrochemical, fiber processing and gas processing areas e.g.
ü Preparation of critical line list
ü Stress analysis of piping using CAESAR-II
ü Support marking on isometrics as per standards
ü Design of special supports
ü Providing Load data for the supports
ü Development of job standards and specifications for stress analysis
ü The person should possess knowledge of Piping layout in order to see the feasibility of routing / supporting. Should be able to operate DRV or SPR.
Qualification : B.E (Mechanical)
