Job Location:-North India
Qualification: BE/ B Tech (Full Time only)
Interview Location: Mumbai/ Chennai
Facilities: Rotational Leave/ Single Accommodation/ Transportation/ Food
Position Type: One Year extendable (Those open for contractual position please apply)
Role & Responsibilities:-
Piping Layout, Plant Design, Plot Plan development, Rack Piping.
Responsible for Co-ordination & preparation for checking of plot plan
Pump piping, Exchanger piping, Tank & Vessel piping, Column piping, and Reformer Piping.
Design of Cleats for Reactor, Column, Vessel etc & Special Supports.
Checking of AFC Isometrics as per P & ID and Layout Requirements.
Supporting of Lines using Pelican Forge (Support Modeller)
Knowledge of Equipment and Piping modelling using PDS.
Piping study & Preparation of Piping General Arrangement Drawings.
Review, checking & Comment on Engineering Drawings.
Familiar with International Design Codes & Standards like ASME, API, BS etc
In the conceptual phase of the project, he would require to prepare the professional and economical plant
Layout and piping design concept by himself using state of the art 3D-CAD programs (PDS / SP 3D system).
Is also responsible to prepare the requirement of PDS / SP 3D design file organization (Design area & model requirements in PDS/SP 3D).
