1. PROJECT HSE ENGINEER
Description
Minimum 8yrs. of experience in a similar size project
Minimum of 05 yrs of experience in international mega project
60 hours of core OSHA construction safety classes or NEBOSH IGC
Ability to:
Immediately report incidents and perform case management of employees in need medical assistance due to HSE issues
Lead root cause investigationand produce work process improvements and behavior changes from the resultsfrom the results of the RCI
Implement construction training programs
Report HSE statisticson a weekly, monthly yearly and project to date frequency
Understand and assertively lead implementation of an incident and injury free safety culture.
Lead implementation of safety observations, leadership safety walks
Implement balance of consequences for HSE recognition and discipline process
Perform audits of contractors and sub-contractorsHSE management systems
Perform prequalification of sub contractor management system
Speak good English
