Job Position: Engineering Manager - Modular Building Business Unit
Qualification: B.Tech
Job Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
To lead the modular buildings engineering team in order to provide accurate project deliverables in accordance with defined targets of on-time delivery, within budget, ensuring compliance to international codes and standards and in line with the customer requirements
If you are interested then please fill all the below details:
Knowledge of codes DNV 2.7-1 and 2.7-2 and its values / limitations.
Knowledge of codes and specifications of ABS, CSC, IECEx, ATEX
Knowledge of hazardous area like:
Zone 0 -
Zone 1 -
Zone 2 -
Knowledge of IMO -
SOLAS :
MODU :
CSC :
CSS :
FSS :
FTP :
IMDG :
MARPOL :
HSC :
Knowledge of 'A', 'B', 'H' and 'J' Class divisions
Experience in Architectural Designing
Experience and knowledge in Structural, Architectural, Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Gas disciplines
Managerial skills in :
* Standard design?
* Harmonization of details?
* Greater regulatory control?
* New construction techniques?
* Expansion of product line?
Managerial capacity to handle 24 personnel, which are 9 discipline engineers and 15 draughtsmen
* Total Experience:
* Experience in Modular Building
* Experience in offshore
