Position Title: - HOD Engineering Services
Location:- Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience:- Total 15+ years of experience e in EPC Industry
Education: B.E/B. Tech; M.E/M.Tech; MBA/PMP (preferred)
Job Description:
*To provide execution strategy and direction on delivery processes and to control engineering quality, ensure the progress & schedule in project.
*To provide tactical functional leadership to the specific project for executing delivery strategy by managing projects under the Engineering Services.
*Aligns the business processes to meet the specific needs of the project and sets the delivery performance standards to attain customer delight
*Act as mentor to less experienced team members, providing technical guidance and advice. Supervising design and drafting team and monitoring quality.
*To forecast the future needs and demands for business and plan the technology & resources accordingly
*To support the delivery strategy to meet the customer satisfaction
*To review the progress of the project and resolve issues
*To function as an escalation point to resolve issues escalated from projects/ client
*To support Pre-Sales activities by providing solutions, estimations and development approach
*To evaluate the services to meet the future demands
*Provide adequate access rights to the team to have access to project folders, tools, software's etc.
*To ensure adherence to company quality system during project execution
Other skills / expertise required:
*Excellent Leadership traits
*Excellent Project management skills
*Excellent problem solving skills
*Good understanding of all Engineering Software's, their utility etc .
*Well versed with International codes and Indian Standards.
*Good communication skills
*Time management
*International Project management / Designing Experience
*Experience in piping design, project management, detail engineering in EPC industry
*Knowledge of Engineering Turnkey Projects related to plant Design & piping design
*Expertise in PDS, PDMS, Micro station Auto cad tools
*Exposure to multi disciplines like Civil, Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation
*Experience in pre-sales, costing, Procurement
*Exposure in client Management
