Job Title : QA / QC Engineer Projects
Salary Gross : Negotiable
Duration : 1 year extendable
Work Location : Surat
Experience to develop Quality Management System and Procedures based on ISO 9001
Able to independently develop Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plan and relevant QA/ QC procedures
Proficient in fabrication quality control (specifically 9% Ni Steel and Stainless Steel welding,
Welder Qualification and Training) and detailed tracking plan for weld joints for the entire
Project Well versed in NDT methods i.e. RT, MT, UT & PT (Auto UT is preferable)
Knowledge of ASME, ISO, API and other applicable codes requirements on cryogenic pressure vessels, piping and Equipment.
Capable to approve Procedures and plans for Plates, Piping material, valves, fittings, other accessories
Experience of Installation and fabrication of Equipment for Oil & Gas and Chemical Projects.
Able to analyze and suggest improvement in quality processes.
Broader knowledge in Project Planning, Procurement planning, Project & procurement control and tracking
Fluent in English in both written and spoken.
Adept at dealing with design and construction contractors
Possessing the leadership and team building skills that enable effective working in a team environment
