1) Head of Construction
Graduate in Engineering with 25+ years of Experience in the Construction Management in Oil & Gas Facilities / Refineries with the Construction Value of above 100 Mln USD. Should be able to lead the Construction of Multidisciplinary activities and willing to be positioned at Site. Shall be well versed with the HSE and Quality requirements at sites.
2) Head of EPC projects
Graduate in Engineering with 25+ years of Experience in Execution of EPC Projects in the Oil & Gas Facilities. Should possess excellent Broad based Engineering / Technical Knowledge and Project Management Skills.
Should ensure proper planning of the Projects, developing and managing budgets with Personnel management. Experience in Management of Joint ventures will be added advantage.
3) Head of Engineering (Engineering Manager)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferably in Mechanical Engineering)
Experience: 20-25 Years with three years working as HOD in multidiscipline engineering department of Engineering or EPC Company. Should have worked as design Engineer for 8-10 years, should have worked as Engineering manager for minimum three large end to end Oil & Gas EPC Projects.
4) Construction Manager: Degree / Diploma in Engineering preferably in Mechanical / Civil Engineering. Experience Diploma holders should have 15 - 22 yrs and Degree holders should have 12 - 20 Yrs in Oil and Gas facilities.
5) Project Manager (Oil & Gas/ EPC): Graduate in Engineering. Master's Degree and /or PMP certification will be an added advantage.
Experience: 15+ years in Execution of EPC Projects in the Oil & Gas Facilities. Should possess excellent Broad based Engineering / Technical Knowledge and Project Management Skills .
Should ensure proper planning of the Projects, developing and managing budgets with Personnel management.
6) Project Control Head/ Dead of planning
Graduate in engineering (preferably Mechanical). PMP will be an added advantage. Experience: 15+ years in Project Planning, Budgeting, Review and Control , Maintaining operations database in large EPC/ construction projects , out of which at least 5 years should be in Oil & Gas projects. Should have worked as Planning Head in the organization, handling overall project controls of multiple projects for at least 3 years.
