We are looking for HVAC Design Engineers for 6 to 12 months extendable contract duration for a European Engineering Consultancy based in Abu Dhabi. Candidates currently available in India with minimum 7 - 8 months Passport Validity & ECNR may apply. Joining Immediate.
Candidate should be Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years experience on Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical / Power or any large Industrial Project. Gulf experience will be an added advantage. (Candidates with experience on Building / Civil Construction projects need not apply). Some experience on Offshore Projects is desirable.
Job Profile:
- Site visit and Data collection
- Analysis of contracts documents and design criteria
- Preliminary conceptual design review
- Preparation of HVAC design basis , specifications and Calculations
- Preparation of Data Sheets, Material requisitions, ducts and pipe sizing, equipment pre-sizing, HVAC –pfd’s, HVAC P&ID and HVAC D&ID.
- Review of Vendor Documents
- Review of Sub-Contractor Documents
- Review of Other Discipline drawings
- Input to other disciplines, Coordination for HVAC duct and pipe opening /routing.
- Preparation of HVAC Layouts and Sectional Details.
- Follow up with all Quality requirement such as HVAC Design Checking Practice
- Follow up with Planning Schedules
- Providing HVAC supports to site engineers on technical queries
- Conforming and contributing to the discipline technical standards, knowledge data base and quality procedure.
- Contributing ideas for higher production and maintaining planned schedules.
- Providing Support in the HVAC area for Procurement
- Coordinating with client engineer s for comments resolution and other HVAC issues
- Coordination with subcontractors and vendors for HVAC issues
