Job opportunity as CONTRACTS ENGINEER in Rome

We are hiring: CONTRACTS ENGINEER

Qualifications:
-Some Contracts Engineering experience is mandatory;
-Shall be familiar with the philosophy of lump sum, reimbursable, target price types
of contracts;
-Together with a pro-active attitude the contractor must be able to work in a
multicultural environment;
-Capable of independently negotiating complex contractual issues.

Work purpose:
-Liaising continuously with the Package team and notably the Project Engineer in
charge;
-work under the guidance and instructions of the Package Manager;
-Liaising with other departments (notably Legal) for specific issues;
-Being proactive towards the Project team to identify and mitigate the risk of claim
and change orders;
-Proposing contractual solutions;
-Performing reporting tasks.
