A) Posts:
PIPING ENGINEERS: BE in Mechanical & minimum 7 years of diverse experience in Piping Modeling & Designing for modular skid mounted packages. Should have proven abilities in preparing Piping Specifications, PFD, P&ID, Plot Plan, Equipment lay out, piping GA, Iso"s, and in generation of MTO "s. Should have worked with CADWORX in the past for modeling . Experience in PDS/PDMS shall be an advantage. High proficiency in CAESAR II and conversant with SP3D/ PDS/ PDMS/ SPR/ NAVISWORKS and AUTOCAD. Must be able to carry out Technical Bid Evaluation and be able to prepare Piping Design schedules
DESIGN ENGINEERS - STRUCTURAL: BE in Mechanical with minimum 7 years of diverse experience in Structural Analysis, Designing & Detailing for modular skid mounted packages, Pipe racks, Pipe Supports, Platforms, etc. Must be conversant with analysis and Design of Concrete Structures & Equipment Foundations. Should have proven abilities in preparing Plot Plan, Equipment lay out, Structural GA, and in generation of MTO "s. Should have worked with CADWORX in for modeling. Must be conversant with STAAD Pro, Auto CAD & Foundation 3D
CONTROL & INSTRUMENTATION CONTROLS ENGINEERS: B.E/B.Tech IE/ECE/EEE with minimum of 7 year"s experience / Diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 12 year"s experience. Should have experience in the field of Controls & Instrumentation in Onshore / Offshore for Oil & Gas/Refineries, Power Plants, Process Plants etc. Should be able to prepare data sheet for field instruments. Undertakes technical evaluations of vendor offers for items to ensure PR"s technical details are satisfied. Should be able to clarify the technical issues during procurement stage. Should attend FAT/SAT for instruments. Should manage engineering consultant with complete technical authority for smooth execution of EPC/manufacturing job. Should attend technical meeting with client/consultant to clarify issues, if any. Should have competence in using standard industry discipline related software, e.g. INTOOLS
INSTRUMENT DESIGNERS: Diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 5 year"s experience. Should have experience in the field of Controls & Instrumentation in Onshore / Offshore for Oil & Gas/Refineries, Power Plants, Process Plants etc. Should be familiar with instrument legend and symbols. Should undertakes interdisciplinary co-ordination and perform IDC to ensure integration of project Drafting activities. (For small and medium size projects). Should Design / Prepare Cable block diagram, Single line diagram, Interconnection diagram, Instrument Hook up details, Instrument index, Cable tray layout, Lighting layouts, Instrument / F&G layouts & MCT layout drawing (For small and medium size projects). Should prepare Wiring diagrams, Installation standards, Loop diagram, Circulate booklet, Cable / Tube schedule & MCT arrangement drawings. Should design / Prepare simple types of supports. Should produces material take-offs to ensure accurate account is taken of all component parts required to complete a project. Should produces 3 dimensional (3D) modeling presentations to meet contractual client requirements. Kindly add this to our requirement:
CHECKERS (PIPING / STRUCTURAL / EQUIPMENT): Diploma in civil/mechanical engineering with experience more than 10 years. Should have knowledge of piping, structural and equipment. Should aware of structural connection details and basis of design i.e., pin connection, moment connection. Should able to visualize the 2D drawings and ensure that no fouling/clashing of piping, structural and equipment. Equipment/piping/structural drafting skills will be added advantage. Should work on AutoCAD drawings as needed. Must be proficient in and shall be responsible for, cross-discipline mechanical/structural/piping checking procedures. Candidate should be highly organized individual with excellent communications skills who can work well in a team environment.
