MECHANICAL & PIPING ENGINEERS – DESIGN OF GREENFIELDS POWER PROJECT - SAUDI ARABIA
Our client is a leading International EPC Management Company currently providing Consultancy services for major combined cycle power plants, greenfields and upgrades, in various locations in Saudi Arabia (1650-2800MW). Due to new GREENFIELDS power plant project award they are currently seeking MECHNICAL & PIPING DESIGN ENGINEERS. You will be located at their Al Khobar offices in Saudi Arabia and you can either reside in Saudi Arabia or alternatively have the option to reside in BAHRAIN. The scope of works to be provided by our client includes conceptual engineering, detailed design, material procurement and management, project management, construction and commissioning management. Also the development and training of the Saudi workforce as well as delivery and execution of the power projects consistent with their client's expectations of high reliability, cost and schedule.
REQUIREMENTS:-
CHIEF MECHANICAL ENGINEER – to manage and oversee a departmental team of multi-discipline Design Engineers and assist in the cost and scheduling of this programme. Candidates for this position must have a WESTERN ENGINEERING DEGREE qualification (Essential) and have minimum 15 years experience of MECHANICAL Engineering detailed design stages for POWER PLANT/CCGT and other mega project experience including COMBUSTION TURBINE DESIGN.
LEAD MECHANICAL ENGINEER - Candidates for this position must have a WESTERN ENGINEERING DEGREE qualification (Essential) and have minimum 12 years experience of MECHANICAL Engineering design stages for POWER PLANT/CCGT projects and have preferably previously worked in the Middle East.
LEAD PIPING ENGINEER - Candidates for this position must have a WESTERN ENGINEERING DEGREE qualification (Essential) and have minimum 12 years design of PIPING & BOP (Balance of Plant) experience for POWER PLANT/CCGT or Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and other mega project experience.
PIPING DESIGNER - Candidates for this position should preferably have a WESTERN ENGINEERING DEGREE qualification (not essential) and have minimum 5 years PIPING DESIGN – PDS piping design experience for POWER PLANT/CCGT or Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and other mega project experience, preferably previously having worked in the Middle East.
Our client is offering negotiable local tax free salary, 11/2 week rotation. 48 hour work week, accommodation, car, with flights provided to UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, NZ etc. This is a 3-4 year programme and there will be long term continuity of employment with our client due to on-going new project awards.
