Position : Lead - Static Design Engineer
Educational Qualifications : BE /B Tech- Mechanical
Work Experience Range : 14+ Years
Key Job Responsibilities :
*Supervising & guiding in Mechanical design and detail engineering of Static equipment such as Pressure vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks as per ASME / API / TEMA and PED.
*Preparation of mechanical data sheets.
*Ensuring that Designing of equipments is in cost effective and efficient manner.
*Pre order and Post order Engineering.
*Checking and reviewing BOM, fabrication drawing.
*Engineering Coordination with other divisions/ client.
*Coordination and be an active team member of Audits
Knowledge and Skills Required :-
*Knowledge of codes such as ASME / API / TEMA and PED.
*Working knowledge of softwares such as AutoCad, PVElite
*Knowledge of FEA using ANSYS
*Process equipment details
*Eye for detailed engineering
*Team management and development
*Leadership skills
