Linfox is currently looking for a candidate for the position of "Asst Safety Manager" to be based out of Chickballapur, Bangalore. The requirement for the position are as below,
· Candidate must know Kannada (Reading, Speaking and Writing)
· Candidate must be ready to relocate Bangalore (Chickballapur)
· Must have 3-5 years of work experience in Safety, Health and Environment
· Must join at the earliest and ready to attend interview at Bangalore to Mumbai Head Office
· To work closely with Country HSE manager, Site Manager, Unit Managers and Site Team in ensuring company policies, procedures, systems are to be implemented and are in place to meet Linfox vision ZERO strategy
· Candidate having experience in warehouse safety, Forklift and Reach truck safety are added preference
· Candidate must of great leadership and communication skills and familiar in dealing with team till all the levels
· Candidate must of great leadership and communication skills and familiar in dealing with team till all the levels
· Expert on leading training programs, tool box meetings, safety day celebrations, risk assessment, electrical safety, safety statistics, safety reporting, safety audits, Safety committee meetinng..etc
· Need to maintain records pertaining to Safety at site
· Mitigating unsafe act, conditions, accident/incident investigations and reporting and to ensure mitigating them in days to come
