Industry:- Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas.
Qualification:-B.E./ B. tech. (Regular)
Exp:- Min 15 years of experience in Design.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY DELIVERABLES
* Responsible for assigning right resources for the right job. Develop / maintain resource skills database. Monitor work progress and ensure quality and on-time-delivery on all assignments.
* Analyze the overall data in order to drive productivity improvement initiatives
* Develop / maintain specific development plans for each employee and execute the plan to grow the capability of the group towards meeting departmental goals and objectives.
* Execute operations in line with the annual budget. Maintain control over discretionary expenses.
* Provide updates on group level performance (metrics, goals and objective) for the Specialty Skills group. Conceptualize and develop performance and monitoring metrics - in order to monitor the performance. Strategize to implement change management, in order to drive productivity improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate to serve global customer base, by utilizing the global resource pool. Strategize on the execution plan on global projects, based on available resources. Mobilize the resource pool, by optimizing the travel plan and expenses.
* The person must be capable for leading a group of 15-30 individuals and motivate them to meet the overall objective of high level performance. Ability to manage the diverse need requires high level of maturity. Occasional travel across the country and abroad is expected.
Job Essential:
This position will involved managing a team of design engineers in Piping, Mechanical, Drafters etc we need a person who has design engineering background & if a person has some project management experience that will be an added advantage.
