Job Title: Sr. Oracle DBA
Location: Coppell, Texas
Job Description:-
10+ years of experience required.
AIX platform experience
SQL Server 2005 and 2008 experience.
Minimum of 10 years experience with Oracle databases administration
Minimum of 3 years experience with Oracle 11g database administration
Minimum of 3 years experience with Oracle 11g RAC, Data Guard
Minimum of 5 years experience with database and SQL performance tuning
Oracle 11g RAC, ASM RMAN, Partitioning , and Data Guard Disaster Recovery
Database performance tuning
Pro-active database management
Security and Audit requirement compliance
Database backup and Recovery planning and implementation
Database disaster recovery policies and procedures and documentation.
Database installation, Upgrade, and patching
Oracle Grid Control
Shell scripting
Perform other duties as assigned
Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
