Position : Sr. Manager Piping

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB PROCESS PIPING SYSTEMS:
· Preparation of work hour estimates for piping deliverables
· Timely completion of designs
· Adherence to Dept./Group working Instruction and QMs Manual
· Good Communication Skills
· Mentoring and Teaching of junior engineers
· Assistance to Dept. Head/Discipline Head
· Carrying out duties and responsibilities as Lead Engineer when assigned to a project
· Should have ability to Lead Pharma, Bio-Pharma, jobs of big sizes in India and in abroad, as per International Codes & Standards
· Responsible for coordination of other disciplines.
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Committed for the implementation of Quality Policy and Core Values.
· Providing higher value and lower cost to the client
· Ensure all work within the assigned scope of responsibility is completed in accordance with the accepted project plan and within the work-hour budget allocated.
· Meet client expectations and maintain long-term relationship with client.
· Ensure the timely completion of all project specifications, designs, drawings and requisitions for areas of responsibility assigned to him.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education - A degree in Mechanical Engineering Discipline
Experience - 15 + years in detailed piping design engineering with a reputed Consultants:
· Candidate should have a good knowledge of Piping Engineering, like developing of Plot Plan, Equipment Layout, Piping Layout, Supports Section Isometrics, Bill of Quantities. Candidate should have well conversant with National & International Code, Like ASME, ASME BPE, API as well as selection of Piping materials for various services.
· Candidate should have experience of execution of Bio-Pharma, Bio-Tech type of work should have good exposure of all international rules, regulations, compliance of all Bio-Pharma job.
· Candidate should have a good design experience of Hygienic Piping systems as per ASME BPE.
· Should have experience in working on 3D Platform (PDMS / PDS).
