Position: Manager (Static Equipment Design)
Job description:
The Manager(Static Equipment) of TC is entrusted with the following responsibilities within the company:
Technical Support
He/she shall deal with all topics to be covered within the frame of his/her discipline, and will report systematically to TC Manager. He/she shall supervise the performance of the Static Design Appraisal Engineers under his purview and control.
He/she shall communicate with the Client on subjects pertinent to the quotation, execution and follow-up of opportunities and contracts.
He/she shall keep TC Manager fully aware on the team workload and plan resources requirements accordingly.
He shall systematically invariably fill up the Time and Expense Sheets besides filling access database for expanded man hours and shall ensure the same is complied to by his team of engineers
Commercial Support and Coordination
The Manager(Static Equipment) is responsible for preparing offers and presentations as required for the Clients and making visits to market TC services. TC Manager must countersign each offer before submission.
He/she is in charge of keeping and reporting leads on additional work that can be generated through existing contracts.
He/she must advise the TC Manager of any potential new Client.
Contacting Persons within the organization
The Manager(Static Equipment) of TC India is expected to establish direct contact with Activity Managers of other offices within India, and MIRA Zone and whenever necessary with other Regions of organization.
Audit / Endorsement
The work delivered by the Manager(Static Equipment) of TC India is continuously monitored by the TC Manager as per Company"s Quality System requirements.
