Position: Piping Work package Manager
Nature of Job: Direct contract with the company for min. 1 year
Location: Dhursar - Rajasthan
Qualification: Diploma/BE
Competencies required :
Project management : strong backgroung in Project management in a complex environment
Technical : pressure piping knwoledge
Contractual management of large international Project in a complex environment,
Transverse management of interfaces related to Engineering, procurement, Installation and Commissioning,
Material management & procurement follow-up,
Organizational minded, good communication skills, reporting and a quick and clear decision making,
Good Relationship.
Techniques :
good knowledge in Engineering processes
Fuent in English, read, written and spoken (level 3,5 minimum at Bright test)..
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering Specificities of the job

Role and responsibilties:
The Piping Work package consists of:
The boiler tubes (5" & 2"375), the riser & dowcomer tube, interconnecting pipes of the Solar field
The pipe racks steel supports
The valves
The WP manager is accountable for the performance of their work package (QCD)
He / She will coordinates the activities and supervises the subcontractors
The Piping WP manager is responsible for :
Responsible for the schedule : definition , follow up , milestones follow up, critical path
Responsible for the cost of the WP
Responsible for the quality
In accordance with the project objectives, he/she manages a scope, ensures that the scope has been fulfilled, procurement is on going and the delivery will be on time
Ensures that design is completed
Follows up supply chain
Organizes and manages the pre-assembly before delivery to site (efficient and lean organization of the pre-assembly of the kits: definition , subcontracts, delivery), specific tools and operation definition
Interfaces with the other Work packages managers to fill any gaps of the global scope
Risk management and risk mitigation proposal
Prepare the construction: define the installation / construction method in relation with the general site contractor, define and procures specific equipment and tools for construction purpose.
Follow up the erection and provide any direction in terms of methodology
Reporting
Schedule on going and critical path analysis and mitigation,
Budget management and follow-up,
Risk assessment,
Management of the critical open points
Change management,,
Quality, Health and safety culture
