Job Description

  a.. Pump, Line and control Hydraulic calculation.

  b.. Relief valve sizing calculation for process vessel in
fractionation complex (like column, exchanger and process vessel etc,)
and crude stabilization unit using API-520 and 521.

  c.. Properties generation for relief valve calculation and
hydraulics calculation through HYSYS V7.2

  d.. Flare net modelling for the fractionation plant.

  e.. Two phase liquid gas separator design using shell DP guidelines.

  f.. Template preparation for process calculation.

  g.. Preparation of process data sheets.

  h.. Line list preparation for the process plant.

  i.. Vendor document review for pump, control valve and relief valve.

  j.. PFD and material balance trough HYSYS software.
