Position:- Manager- QA/QC
Experience:- 12- 15 yrs.
Projects:- Highrise Buildings/ Commercial Parks/ Residential Complex (GREEN PROJECTS)
Location:- Oman (Muscat)
Qualification:- B/tech. (LEED Certification is must)
Job Responsibilities:
Managing and monitoring all QA/QC related activities on site including but not limited to work inspection requests, material inspection requests, field test reports, non conformity of work activities, root cause analysis and corrective & preventive actions, etc….
Manage a team of QA/QC inspectors and Engineers and a team of 6 document controllers.
Following up implementation of QA/QC procedures on all site activities including subcontractors' activities and closely monitoring their compliance with the approved Project Quality Plan.
Reviewing and commenting on all project submittals to ensure compliance with the project specifications and applied codes of practice.
Preparing & Reviewing work method statements related to all construction activities to ensure implementation of
specification requirements and construction standards of international codes of practice.
Preparation and follow up implementation of ITP's (Inspection & Testing Plans) on all site activities.
Responsible for the company's certification of its Integrated Management System
Prepare, review and implement the Integrated Management System of the company according to ISO & OHSAS standards including all procedures, work instructions and the integrated management system manual.
Performing Internal Quality Audits on different divisions of the company in order to follow up proper implementation of the Quality Management System
