Cold, stuffy / blocked nose is a common in winter / cold season. There is no medicine for cold and doctors advice not to visit hospitals in this connection (Other than INDIA). However one can get relief using the following. In fact I see children use this themselves and have relief. This is a common one in USA and many may be aware, however for others this is shared.
The following gives relief for blocked nose and sinus symptoms. Simple to use and painless. I am sure this will be a handy one for UK climate and where cold is quite a common one.
