Preparation of Technical documents and selection of standards in relation with Client"s requirements and Project Management team.
Basic Engineering activities like preparation of plot plans, equipment layouts, review of P&IDs, preparation of piping materials specification.
Detail engineering activities like finalisation of equipment layouts, preparation of piping layout drawings, pipe support design, Pipe thickness calculations, bill of materials, isometrics.
QC & Testing during Fabrication process
1. Plant layout, Stress Analysis and Support Design.
2. Knowledge & handling of 3D Modeling / PDMS software
Knowledge of Material specifications / selection substitutions, Insulation of piping and equipment
- Well versed with the following packages :
- CAESAR II Stress Analysis Package.(preferable)
- CAEPIPE Stress Analysis Package.(preferable)
- SIMFLEXS Stress Analysis Package.(preferable)
- AutoCAD (preferable)
