Opening for 'Sr QA/QC Engineer' for Our Client @ its Dubai location.
Experience: 10+ Years
Qualifications & Experience:-
- A degree in a related engineering discipline from a recognised university
- At least 10 years experience working in an ENGINEERING ENVIRONMENT e.g.
FEED, Detailed design, Procurement assistance and PMC and EPCM project in a
Quality Assurance role.
- Good understanding of a multi-disciplined Engineering approach.
- Engineering background should be Oil & Gas based with onshore and offshore project
exposure.
- Successfully Completion of a recognised ISO 9001, IS0 14001, and OHSAS 18001
Lead auditor training course. IRCA (or equivalent) certified lead auditor preferred and
QHSE auditing experience.
- Fully conversant with the requirements of ISO 9001, IS0 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Experience of Middle East Projects preferable as is offshore and offshore experience.
- Experience with implementing Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management
Systems.
- Experience in working in PMC and EPCM projects
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Description:
* The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for providing assurance that contractual quality
requirements are satisfied.
* Undertake QA/QC project support activities, including production of Quality Plans,
Audit schedules, outside supplier monitoring, reviewing tender submissions for Quality
to project requirements and other support activities.
* Reviewing and commenting on project documents and client and supplier subcontractor
documents.
* Assist the project manager in delivering a quality project in accordance with contract
requirements, project control plans and company procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
* Ensure that the projects fulfil ISO 9001 criteria.
* Responsible for undertaking project internal/external audits
* Managing any internal/external/project CAR/NCR's and proactively assist in the close
out of any identified deficiencies.
* Promote the implementation and culture of the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
Management System in accordance with procedures and the Company Quality, Health,
Safety and Environment Policies.
* Provide periodic reporting when required.
* Provide guidance and support to local site manager on QHSE related issues.
* Monitor Company and Project Performance.
* Provide support to Proposal department if required.
* Undertake other duties as requested by QA Lead
