Qualification
Engineering Graduate (Mechanical) - 15-25 yrs of experience
Working experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, FPSO, Upstream Projects
(Job Responsibilities )
Technical Management
Responsible for the Engineering deliverables and Technical Compliance of a
Project.
ï€ Coordination of engineering activities necessary to complete a Project.
ï€ Developing the overall Engineering schedule
ï€ Overall responsible for the execution and delivery of the Engineering scope
according to the Engineering plan and budget
ï€ Ensuring all engineering procedures are in place in the Project and rolled out
ï€ Ensuring that all Technical Assurance activities are defined and planned for as
per Contract
ï€ Develop and manage the overall material requirements
ï€ Manage technical risks based on risk register, risk mitigation
ï€ Developing Internal & External Interface Registers
ï€ Responsible for implementing the Engineering Change Control system and
ensuring compliance within Engineering.
ï€ Responsible for ensuring Technical Compliance of the equipment to relevant
Laws, Rules, Regulations, Codes & standards.
ï€ Follow up of technical qualification programs and ensuring the designs are
aligned with the results.
ï€ Ensuring relevant QS functions and other necessary details are in place for
equipment handover to Client
Project Management
ï€ Responsible for all Project Engineering reporting
ï€ Defining Project specific procedures to meet contractual requirements
ï€ EPC Engineering representative towards EPC and the Client
ï€ Identify customer"s requirement and bring effective solutions
ï€ Attend customer meetings
ï€ Lead project design activities and technical decisions
ï€ Ensure the proper understanding of technical customer needs inside project
ï€ Ensuring a full handover to life of field management
ï€ Ensure the project engineering teams are working well together and enhance
team spirit and loyalty
Technical Skills:
ï€ Strong systems and integration/interface engineering skills
ï€ Project / construction management
ï€ Product design basis / verification methods / Qualification technology / FEED
studies/ Tender work
ï€ Risk Assessment, HAZOP within the boundaries of standards.
ï€ Safety and Environmental Controls
ï€ Class co-ordination
ï€ Package /Vendor management
