Job Title: SQM (Service Quality Management) Surveillance Engineer

Job Description:
- Responsible for 24x7 monitoring of mobile services of high value customers through Huawei SQM tool
- Proactively detect and resolve service issues
- Utilize tools to isolate the cause of service issues
- Assess and escalate system issues to RAN and/or Core Network operations
Professional Related Working Experience:
- At least 2-3 years experience in operator or Managed Services environment in Operations surveillance team
- Good understanding of mobile service call flows, e.g. Voice call, SMS, prepaid and data services
- Possess fundamental mobile communications network structure knowledge, e.g. HLR, IN, SGSN, GGSN, MSS, MGW, BSC, RNC, BTS, NodeB
Qualification Requirements
- 4 year university degree in Telecommunications or Computer Engineering
- Language Skills: English, Arabic(Optional)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and is resourceful
- Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
- Good written and oral communication skills to help generate reports
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to completion
- Good working attitude and analytical skills
