Our client provide a range of engineering, production support, maintenance management and industrial gas turbine overhaul & repair services to the oil & gas and power generation industries worldwide
Position: HAZOP Leader
Work Location: Oman
Minimum Requirement:
- Degree in relevant discipline. Preference for chemical or process engineering.
- Senior process engineer with a minimum of 12 years in oil and gas experience.
- Should have knowledge in EP95-0313 and HAZOP Procedure PR-1696 and worked in EP projects.
- Conversant with inteational standards and preferably with Shell DEPs
- Shall be approved as a HAZOP leader by the company Process Engineering CFDH
- Good spoken and written English.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out HAZOP reviews as per EP 95-0313 and PR-1696
- Quality and timely completion of HAZOP reviews and closeout report.
- Ensure adequate representation from different business unities (Project team, Operation, different engineering discipline, function, Contracting community) in HAZOP reviews and achieve quality outcome.
- It is the HAZOP leader's responsibility to make sure that the HAZOP's are not carried out prematurely to ensure proper input from all participants
- Ensure HAZOP information pack is ready and timely available for all HAZOP participants
- Identify HAZOP improvement areas.
