- Develop elements of Project HSE Management Plan for work site specific HSE activities on various types of construction work scopes.
- Provide technical oversight to Site HSE Advisors carrying out on-site project HSE activities when required
- Support PAI project and site teams.
- Periodically review assessment of Contractors HSE practices and adjust as required
- Evaluate work site HSE improvement initiatives.
- Disseminate work site HSE learnings and best practices.
- Support development and stewardship of work site specific HSE objectives, targets and metrics.
- Consolidate and report work site HSE performance to project team.
- Facilitate Site HSE Steering Team.
- Must abide by all QHSE policies and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned

Ability to operate:
- a telephone, fax machine, scanner, and other office equipment.
- a computer with the following software: Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes
- English
- Spanish or Portuguese is recommended
- Strong communication skills.
- Negotiation skills to deal with managers, peers, and contractors.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in remote environments.
- Ability to work on a team: share activities, review task performed by others, give and accept feedback, accept supervision and time controls.
- Ability to carry out HSE audits and assessments at the work site.
- General knowledge of oil and gas industry: 8-10 years experience in construction industry preferred.
- Deep knowledge of HSE considerations associated with work site construction activities; 5-8 years experience in HSE preferred.
Required Experience
- EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited university or college is preferred. Specialization in HSE disciplines is recommended.
- Certification from industry recognized HSE organizations is recommended.
