Responsibilty
* Identify, quantify and generate project specific technical notes to achieve consistency and quality of quantification.
* Lead team of MTO Engineers and Designers
* Set goals and targets, checks, verifies and takes corrective action as required
* Review of MTO & perform sanity check
* Create MTO reports for procurement and site
