It looks like the magic date where Saudi oil is no longer available on the world market, and the nation itself will become an oil importer, is between 2030 and 2040, although certain folks are pooh-poohing the data claiming that "it's not over until it's over", which is true enough as far as it goes, but that might not go very far if the tank is empty.
