A urgent requirement for the below mentioned post for our client SIGED
which is a sister concern of Control & Application Emirates.
Cadidates based in UAE preferred.
Position - Project Manager
Salary range - AED 18K to 25K
Years of Experience - 5+ in Oil & Gas ( Off Shore & On Shore )
Qualification - Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Skills required -
- Possesses good knowledge of piping , structural and E & I basic.
- Off Shore experience is a plus.
- Analyzes project profitability , revenues , margins , bill rates
and utilization of available resources.
- Prepare draft invoices and follow up with clients for approval.
- Manages Project budget.
-Plan , organize and monitor the overall project execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for related project
documents submission and monitor their progress in line with the
agreed plan.
- Coordinate with the client as Focal point .
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate
to meet changing need and requirement in coordination with Planning
Engineer.
Manages day to day operational aspects and scope of work tasks.
- Very good communication skills.
- Ability to manage small projects simultaneous.
- Prepare Lessons Learned.
