In Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical Industries in faultfinding, diagnose of mechanisms used on various types of CNC, NC and conventional workshop, roll shop and test laboratories machines. Deep knowledge in plant maintenance, rotating equipment, CNC Machine Tools and Hydraulics. Well verse in troubleshooting in hydraulic and pneumatic system. Able to calibrate all types of machines and to correct the geometrical misalignments. Able to understand various machining symbols including surface roughness etc. knowledge in using geometrical test tool, such as ball bar is an advantage.
Rotating Engineer
BE / B Tech in Mechanical Engineering with min 10 yrs. exp. In Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Oil & Gas, Refinery in rotating equipment repair and procedure. To provide technical expertise and support on machinery and rotating equipment in operation and maintenance section for improving reliability of rotating equipment. To develop maintenance strategies and procedure for rotating equipment. To determine root cause of failure and develop preventive actions to avoid its reoccurrence. To conduct root cause analysis through software tool. To conduct RCM study. To ensure reliability and integrity of rotating equipment through application of different tools like RCM, condition monitoring, preventive maintenance. PC knowledge and working knowledge of international codes and standards.

BE / ME in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical). With min Min. 08 years of exp. in engineering and project execution related to petrochemical, oil and gas, engineering / EPC companies. Support on going projects in timely conductance of value engineering reviews workshop and ensuring implementation of accepted value engeneering ideas during project execution phase. Well acquainted with the practices and tools applied in Value Engineering and Value Management fields in petrochemical manufacturing processes.
