| | A Team leader responsible for preparing the overall plan on the Mechanical Requirements in line with the Business plan related to fertilizer and chemical industry.
Responsible for optimizing the Spares, stores Consumption and Inventory Management
Responsible for improving the plant Availability
Responsible for specific initiatives like IMS ,TPM, TQM in the Mechanical session
Responsible for projects/ Operation in the Mechanical ,civil, electrical front
Ensuring that the systems and control are in place for better operations
Responsible for building a vibrant team, managing succession planning, developing the second line and improving the competency levels of the overall team
Responsible for ensuring high level of safety health and environment practice at the production units and ensuring compliances with relevant statutory requirements
Responsible In-charge of SSP/Sulpuric Acid/MGSO4/BRP fertilizer industry for the maintenance of Coal Fired Furnaces, usha Mills, EOT Cranes, Acid tanks, scubers. Maintenance /installation and improvements within the assigned plant and projects to optimize plant process economics and performance.
Candidate should be a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering having hand full experience in top management level, with regard to Project activities, budgeting and execution of projects
Will be responsible for handling technical matters of the SSP/chemical industries palant and machinery. reasonably independently
To be able to work as a Lead Manager for large projects and / or new areas identified by the management
Interaction, coordination and providing support to other staff and engineers, disciplines, projects and marketing departments
Providing technical assistance during construction , erection and commissioning

Must be a graduate engineer from a good engineering college ( not by correspondence--but attending full time course) in Mechanical or even Chemical disciplines ( though Mechanical is preferred)
Must have good communication skills in written and spoken English--to be able to deal directly with clients, peers etc
The candidate will be responsible for heading the whole Mechanical Deptt and reporting to Vice president/CMD/Top Management
