It is said that if we follow the following methods, then
there will be no fear of any deceases such as diabetic, BP, etc. We can simply
forget about our health and enjoy the life.
1. Make sure
that all 6 types of tastes (sweet, pungent (hot), bitter, salty, sour and
astringent (thuvarppu)) are included in the food at all times maximum.
2. Before
taking food, first take a little sweet. The reason is, by sweet taste the
tongue buds immediately stimulate our stomach which is the receiving part of
the food for digestion.
3. We must
enjoy the taste of the food by concentrating with our mind. It is said that the
tongue is transmitting 40% of energy instantaneously to all over parts of the
body through taste buds. The balance 60% energy is available to the body only
after 2hours of digestion.
4. Grind your
food properly in the mouth by closing your lips. Don't open your mouth which
may allow the air to get in. If air is
intaken, the mixing of insulin and food will not be proper. Also don't talk,
don't watch TV or computer and don't
read while eating food. This procedure
helps to add more insulin to the food. So no question of diabetics!.
5. While
eating food, don't keep your legs hanged from chair. Either sit on the floor or
sit with folded legs on the chair. The reason is, blood can circulate well over
the top portion of the body where
essential organs present. For legs, blood circulation is required only when we
walk.
6. Before
taking food, wash your hands, legs and face. The reason is the nervous system
ends at these places. When we wash, they are well activated.
7. Take bath
either ¾ hour before food or 2-1/2 hours after food. The reason is, body need
to be kept at 37deg.C while we take food. It helps for good digestion.
8. Don't
drink water ½ before and after the food. The reason is, it will dilute the
sulfuric acid which is presented in the stomach and makes indigestion. This is
important.
9. Take food
only when we feel hungry. Otherwise, don't take any food.
10. We can take
any food which we desire to taste. The desire of a particular taste indicates
that your body needs for it because of a shortage in the system.
