The role of the PCR Manager is to:
- Coordinate the PCR team
- Be a member of the Project Management team
- Support the PDs, PMs and SPMs with project management information and standards as required
- Identify and facilitate implementation and execution of recommended governing structure, project management plans and procedures
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Reporting Management Plan and the execution of this
- Support PDs, PMs, SPMs in establishing the project organization and efficient project governance structure and documentation
- Establish and maintain a common set of best practice governing documents, project management and control systems, principles and templates across the project
- Establish and maintain best practice reporting processes, and provide appropriate reports to all relevant stakeholders
- Oversee the client's communications activities, both internally and with external stakeholders
- Identify and implement required ITC systems
- Ensure nescessary training of the project members
- Coordinate and secure that the Change Management Plan and Procedure are followed
- Coordinate the PCR team on a functional level
- Prepare closing of the project
