Role description
Youll be responsible for approaching and reengaging with our historic customer base to win back their business, this will be a qualified pipeline of customers who have expressed an interest in the market and with npower. Youll quote, negotiate and sell our products and services and ensure all compliance requirements are met throughout the process. Your pipeline of activity will be constantly revolving and you could be account managing up to 10 customers a day, so youll prioritise opportunities that come through via our internal systems. Whilst interacting with your customers to ultimately close a deal and agree contracts, youll also manage internal stakeholder relationships with our Commercial and Credit teams to ensure the correct information of the sale.
